25/11/2021 - 7.45am: We are currently experiencing with 3rd party network issues affecting some servers hosted in our Singapore data centre. The affected cloud servers and hosting may experience slow connections or become unreachable. We appreciate your patience while we solve the issue. Our sincere apologies for the disruption. We shall wait for the issue to be solved by the provider. It's a large network and we are working on it in sections. Our best team is working through this at our data centre and it is our goal to have this resolved very soon. In other words, we know this is frustrating and we are on it! Again, our sincere apologies for this inconvenience. UPDATE 9:35am: there is an ongoing network issue traffic locally in the APAC region. Some may access and some have an issue.
